Foreclosure properties offer the potential for great savings to the homeowner. Unfortunately, they will need minor and usually pretty major rehabbing to be performed. We provide complete rehab services and take it a step farther too. For the homeowner rehabbing a newly purchased home there are two major hurdles. Money and Timeframe.
