A picture from a magazine cover (Picture 1) was presented to me and I was asked if I could build this house using an existing home (Picture 2) . After reviewing the subject house I felt confident that we could deliver a finished product (Picture 3) that would closely resemble the design as presented. In the 1st picture on the 2nd row that is me standing where there had been a roof.

This house will have the Garage brought forward 8 feet, a Front Porch added, the back of the house extended 8 feet, a new level created and a chimney added for a wood burning stove.

The house was a 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and was expanded to a 4 levels 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths (2 masters), and wood burning stove.
