Rehab Example 2

• Install new heating 2-zone system and add A/C
• As needed rewire the complete house and install a new service panel
• Install ceiling fans in all rooms and recess lighting in kitchen
• Install all new kitchen appliances, cabinets and hardwood flooring
  • New hardwood flooring (Brazilian Mesquite), room painted, new black appliances, Kohler cast iron sink with cutting board, hand sprayer and disposal unit, Whirlpool refrigerator with ice maker, GE microwave with rotating plate, GE glass top stove, brushed nickel appointments, wireless remote controlled fan, recessed lighting and Frigidaire dishwasher.
• Install all new plumbing
• Relocate washer and dryer location to the cloakroom
• Replace the front porch and roof shingles on face
• Install all new bathrooms
• Install security system
• Install new 2nd level balcony
• Removal of Heater, water heater, bathrooms demolished along with floor/ceiling removed in bathrooms. Side stairs and landings removed, floor coverings removed, kitchen demolished, kitchen floor removed and trued up.
